Forrozinho respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law 13.709/2018).

We collect the following personal data when you create an account:

  • Name and nickname — for identification on the platform
  • Email — via authentication (Google or email/password)
  • Profile photo — optional, uploaded by you
  • Birthday — optional, month and day only
  • Nationality and country of residence — optional
  • WhatsApp — optional, for contact
  • Social media — optional (Instagram, Facebook, X, website)
  • City for events — to personalize the events agenda
  • Bio — optional, free text
  • Language and communication preferences

Browsing data

  • Essential cookies for site functionality
  • Language preference stored in cookie and localStorage

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to:

  • Personalize your experience (events agenda, language)
  • Display your public profile (when enabled by you)
  • Send newsletters and event notifications (when authorized)
  • Manage your comments and favorites
  • Improve the platform

We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Public profile

When you enable your public profile, the following information becomes visible:

  • Name, nickname, bio, and profile photo
  • Your favorite artists, albums, and songs
  • Social media links

You can disable your public profile at any time.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with:

  • Supabase — database infrastructure and authentication
  • Cloudflare — hosting and CDN
  • Google — authentication via Google OAuth (when chosen)
  • Spotify — public artist and music data (no personal data)

5. Your rights (LGPD Art. 18)

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct incomplete or outdated data
  • Export your data in a readable format (available in Profile > Delete account)
  • Delete your account and personal data
  • Revoke consent at any time

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies:

  • lang — language preference
  • sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token — Supabase authentication

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Data retention

  • Account data is kept while the account is active
  • When you delete your account, personal data is removed and comments are anonymized
  • System logs are kept for 90 days

8. Security

We adopt technical measures to protect your data:

  • HTTPS/TLS connections
  • Secure authentication via Supabase Auth
  • Passwords are never stored in plain text

9. Changes

This policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated on the site.
