Forrozinho is a community platform dedicated to forro, offering:

  • Forro event agenda in Brazil and worldwide
  • Catalog of bands, musicians, DJs, and producers
  • Catalog of dance schools and teachers
  • Albums and songs via Spotify integration
  • Interactive music games
  • Public profiles for the forro community
  • Blog with forro content

3. User Account

  • You must provide truthful information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security
  • Each person may have only one account
  • Users under 13 years old may not create accounts
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. User Content

By publishing content (comments, photos, etc.), you:

  • Guarantee that you have the right to publish such content
  • Grant Forrozinho a non-exclusive license to display the content on the platform
  • Are responsible for the content you publish

Prohibited content

You may not publish content that:

  • Is offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Contains spam, unauthorized advertising, or malware
  • Violates Brazilian or international laws

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Third-party logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners
  • Music and artist data are provided by Spotify and their rights holders

6. Events and Information

  • Event information is provided by the community and partners
  • Forrozinho does not guarantee the accuracy of dates, times, prices, or venues
  • We are not responsible for event cancellations or changes
  • We recommend always confirming information directly with organizers

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Forrozinho is provided "as is", without warranties
  • We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform
  • We are not responsible for content published by users
  • The platform may have periods of unavailability for maintenance

8. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Upon deletion:

  • Your personal data will be removed
  • Your comments will be anonymized
  • Favorites and notifications will be deleted

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sao Paulo, SP.
